Fight City SLC offers an MMA team for amateurs and professionals, as well as those with no interest in competing, but are interested in learning the art of fighting. Feel free to come work out with our amateurs and pros. You will get an awesome workout and develop new skills. The Fight City MMA class is taught by PRO MMA Fighter Eric Wahlin who has fought on the Ultimate Fighter and in Bellator and has a professional record of 10 wins and 5 losses. He has won and defended the Steelfist Professional Light heavy-weight title as well as their Heavy-weight title.

Fight City SLC offers a cardio boxing class and a regular boxing class. Both of these classes are great for all levels. They are taught by Eric Wahlin who has an undefeated professional boxing record of 8-0. He has also won the ABF (American West Boxing Federation) title . Cardio Boxing focuses on cardio and our regular boxing class focuses on technique. Whether you want to learn the fundamentals of boxing or get a great cardio workout, we offer both! We would love for you to become apart of our boxing family.
Jiu Jitsu is submission grappling. Whether you want to compete in Jiu Jitsu, learn self-defense, prepare yourself for an MMA fight, or earn a black belt, Jiu Jitsu is an amazing art that offers all of the above, plus a fun cardio work out. At Fight City SLC we are a part of Team Machado Utah. Come train with Eric Wahlin, who is an 11-time Jiu Jitsu champion and a 2-time state wrestling champion. We teach No-Gi Jiu Jitsu every Monday at 7:15. We teach Gi Jiu Jitsu every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 7:15pm. Whether you are a beginner or experienced competitor, you will have fun and learn a lot.

At Fight City SLC we offer cardio kickboxing Monday and Wednesday at 5:15pm. We also offer a regular Muay Thai class every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:15pm. The difference between Muay Thai and Kickboxing is that Muay Thai involves knees, elbows, and clinches. These points are dangerous and great to learn for self-defense. Kick boxing is just punching and kicking. Whatever your goals are these classes are both very enjoyable work outs compared to the mundane exercise machines or just going for a run. Both of these classes are great for pushing yourself to getting into the best shape of your life and for learning self-defense. These classes are for beginners and professionals.
